PA QUESTION?

I had no idea that there fare fans who thought PA was a mean, nasty,hateful , old tyrant to the boys. I read that discription of him online and I was very suprised. I know people favor one character over another. I just don't think PA was that bad. There were things in the shows that were over done in 14 years but thats to be expsected. But most were typical parent things. Like if your going to act like a kid i'm going treat you that way. Don't raise your voice to me. Don't get smart with me. Get your feet off the furniture. Even when he yelled at them he felt bad most of the time. And Usually when he demanded they stay put its because he didn't want them killed. And if you ask me even though they were grown men they were still a handfull. PA always seemed to have be on his toes with them. Not to mention It was very clear he loved his sons more than anything. Just as they loved and respected him. You all don't think he was that bad do you?
