A good story that I enjoyed very much.

Nice writing and good pacing.

Felt so sorry for Adam.  His reflection on Melinda was so touching and also revealing.

Poignant!

Author's Response:

Thanks a lot for this terrific review! I'm quite floored.

I like it. You did a wonderful job portraying Mrs. Banning's madness and Adams thoughts. I've never actually seen that particular episode, but it didn't seem to matter.

Nice job!

Author's Response:

I'm very glad to hear the story works even when you hadn't seen the episode before. But, honestly, you have to watch it. It's not the best episode ever, but Mrs Banning... She's something, really. The actress doies a splendid job, which I appreciated the more as I watched and rewatched her scenes time and again for tis story to get her diction and manners right.

Thanks a lot for reading this, and for letting me know you liked it. I'm so happy you did!

Great Story Faust. Great writing - Right from the start you had the readers attention. You had the reader have questions and in order to get answers the reader had to read on until the story was finished!! THANKS FOR THE READ!!!!!

Author's Response:

So glad you enjoyed reading this. I was a little afraid of writing it, seeing that have the main protagonist be injured from the very beginning could make him a very passive character - and with that a boring story (or one about a character on which you originally didn't want to focus.) So I'm very happy to hear that the story was not boring.

Thanks a lot for reading and for posting this terrific review!

An amazing suffering Adam story -- first in body and then in his mind.  The images are so vivid, I was suffering with him.

Author's Response:

Well, even though Iactually don't want my readers to suffer, I'm still glad you suffered with Adam. It means you were drawn into the story - and that's just what an author wants, isn't it?

Thanks so much for reading, Betty, and for the kind review!
