This was so much fun! I found myself laughing out loud several times. The boys are all just as I would imagine them to be.
I sniggered my way through writing this story. Little Joe practically wrote himself ...what a scamp! I am just so pleased whenever a reader tells me they laughed out loud, that really makes my day! Thank you, AJINBC for making my day today.....
I loved this story! The young Cartwright boys were just the way I imagine them. Joe was hilarious, and, as he kept getting into trouble, pathetic. Hoss was kind but could get frustrated with Joe's continued mischief. Adam was perfect...snarky, easily bothered by his brothers' pranks (especially the ones concerning his books), but also loving. And Ben's difficulties with Clementine Hawkins were hilarious! I also really enjoyed the vivid descriptions. Thank you, Krys, for a terrific story!
You know, I can remember chuckling along while I was writing this story, I just loved writing about naughty Joe and caring Hoss and bossy but kindly Adam...but best of all was Clemmie and her Benny! That was such fun. Thank you, CowgirlAtHeart, your review really brightened my day.
I already read your story in the WIP forum but I read it again because I loved it so much! Your depiction of the characters is so well done and funny.
The only criticism I have is this one: It's too short! I want more!!!! ;-)

Poor Joe, all he wanted to do was get Adam a new book and Ben can't seem to get away from Widow Hawkins. I had a good laugh reading this story.
