Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: Tahoe Lee Signed

A very interesting story with twists and turns.

I've always liked Will and was glad to see him do the right thing.

I felt so sorry for Peggy.

Your unique plot was fascinating and made for an enjoyable read.

Nicely done!

Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: Calamity Signed

It's an interesting take on what might have happened after the wedding. While I don't think that it was a match made in heaven I have to like that those Cartwrights came together for the benefit of young Peggy.

Aunt Lil was an interesting influence on Laura and I can't help but wonder if things might have been different had she stayed on.

Thanks for sharing.

Author's Response:

Thank you for reading and commenting on it, Calamity. My sister-in-law suffered from post-partum depression after the birth of my niece, and had a difficult time. Fortunately, she was able to get the medication and support she needed to recover.

Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: adamant Signed

I had started this as a WIP and finished it here in the Library.  This is a story that is basically the second chapter of the Will, Laua and Adam triangle and cuaes the reader to posit what possibly would have happened if Adam had married Laura instead of Will--would the outcome have been the same or diffferent? Will Cartwright shows his nobility that comes from his bloodline and all involved suffer guilt and responsibilty for the outcome.

An interesting, well-written tale.

Author's Response:

Thank you for reading and commenting on it. I'll admit I've never liked Laura - I never thought she had the emotional or mental strength to stand any challenges whether they were physical or spiritual. I liked Will, though, and I thought he was too decent to abandon Laura although I never expected their marriage to work out.
