Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: Annie K Cowgirl Signed

Aww! It never does anyone any good to prejudge people. You never know if the person you tease might end up becoming your best friend if you give them the chance. I'm so glad that Joe learned that lesson in the end. I love this story. Thanks so much for sharing it, Pt29646!

SWEET!!!  Funny how when we 'hear' gossip about people we 'judge' them.  I think Joe learned a GREAT lesson and I wish I could get him to help me out :) ... Great little story about my favorite cowboy, even though he is still a little guy :) Thanks for sharing with us Pt

Great story. I really liked how Adam handled the whole situation and how Joe learned to take responsibility for his actions.

Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: Calamity Signed

You've captured those boys beautifully. I can see the stern look on Abigail's face and the frown on Adam's. The way that you have incorporated all three sons makes the story flow evenly. Thanks for sharing this. Even Ben would be proud of you.

Author's Response:

Thank you, Calamity. That means a lot coming from you.

Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: adamant Signed

Lesson learned. A nice little stryy that exhibits the Cartwright Code about how to treat others. Joe stood up and did what he felt was best--and it was.

Author's Response:

Thank you, Adamant. I appreciate your reading and reviewing it.

Title: Chapter 1 Reviewer: BettyHT Anonymous

A heartwarming story of Joe growing up a little that I didn't expect when I read the title.  Great job with the brothers characterizations.

Author's Response:

Thank you, Betty. I'm glad you felt the characters rang true.
