Hi. I am a true baby boomer who often watched Bonanza as a kid. After catching a few reruns on TV this summer, I looked up some other episodes, and am now watching one or two a day - not in any particular order, just whichever plot descriptions catch my interest at the time. Back in the day I never saw the early seasons, so I'm particularly interested in them, and am enjoying getting to know Adam! Also, time has faded the details of most other episodes from my memory, so it feels like I'm watching something new. The one I did remember clearly and really wanted to see again was "A Sense of Duty" (I fell for Candy then - Hey, I was 14!). As an adult, I'm appreciating the quality of production and acting, which was not really on my radar as a kid. I've been a fan of TV westerns all my life, enjoy reading fan fiction, and have written some - though none for Bonanza yet. Maybe I'll get inspired, who knows? Bonanza Boomers was mentioned by a fan fiction writer, and that's how I ended up here. It's huge! I can see it's going to take a while to find my way around, familiarize and navigate. Looking forward to reading the discussion threads. I'm glad to be here. Thanks for having me.
