I read somewhere that the position of one of the crew members was marking down every little detail whenever they had to pause a scene for the day or so. So that when the scene was resumed everything would be the same as when they left off. Such as where they were in a certain room, or what they may have been holding. Would not that same person be the one keeping track of one scene to another in following the story? But how often have we seen Adam enter a scene with or without his jacket and not leave the scene dressed the same way. If this crew member was so observant; I wonder how this could happen so many times. Maybe there were other things too that went unchecked.
