Bonanza Boomers

When they decided to write the story of Bonanza, they had a genial idea. They create the great character of Ben Cartwright, a fabulous man on the paper. But it would have been only that, if they didn't have had Lorn Green. I love this actor and him being Ben. When I feel insecure, i look at him in Bonanza, and seing his smile and listening his voice give me courage? I know, such a father do exist. My father never talked to me, because of too much embarassement, I have a big lack. I know, that he loves me, but he never said it to me. When I see Ben, I think : oh, it's so simple to give attention, an love, so simple to say words full of tenderness. I know, Ben is only a fictional father, but I've no doubts. I know, LG could do exactly the same. He was Ben and not only an actor in a role.
That's why, Ben is my favorite character. There's something special, he gives attention and words to the little girl, who's deep in me for ever. But one day, I mean soon, I will take the time and I will dare to talk with my father, to explain to him, how I have been in a need of love and affection.
