Hoss has a reputation for being a big eater, but I think his little brother is a close second! 
This week we're going to follow Joe around and see the things this hungry cowboy eats.
MONDAY
Here, we see Joe eating an entire basket of fried chicken. Hop Sing sent it down to the sheriff's office for Hoss (who is the temporary sheriff of Virginia City), but Hoss is too busy and frustrated to eat it. Joe figures he can't let a good basket of chicken go to waste, can he?
