What's your favorite Joe quote?

I had been thinking of all the funny/touching things that Little Joe had said over the fourteen years of Bonanza, and I couldn't help but ask all of you what your favorite is. Some of my favorite have to be from "The Silent Thunder", "The Stillness Within", and "Hoss and the Leprechauns"!
