Who could forget that sometimes adorable, sometimes bratty daughter of Laura Dayton? We saw little Peggy in "The Waiting Game," "The Cheating Game," "The Pressure Game," and "The Triangle."

Thanks, Gillie!
Here we see Peggy on Traveler in "The Waiting Game," Season 5.
The role of Peggy Dayton was played by child actress, Katie Sweet. She was born, Katherine Marie Sweet in Covington, Kentucky on February 8, 1956. Her parents were Mary Jo and Bruce Sweet, of Cincinnati, Ohio. Katie was discovered on late night LA TV when host Tom Duggan called her up from the audience to chat. A talent producer who worked for Ozzie and Harriet was watching, and fell in love with her. Her first acting job was in 1958 as one of "The Runaways" in "Ozzie and Harriet."

Here we see Katie, along with another Bonanza child star, Donald Losby, ("The Jacknife") in her debut on "Ozzie and Harriet." Aren't they adorable?
Well, Little Peggy is all grown up now! She granted a rare interview to the host of tvdads.com. In it, she told some interesting stories about her experiences as a child actress. I will be sharing some of those memories with you this week. My favorites are her revelations about Pernell!
Stay tuned, Folks!
