Bonanza Boomers

I've been around various BZ/BigValley/Highlander boards since the Internet started, so y'all probably know my moniker, and I've seen y'all around the same places.

I thought I'd been to all the BZ boards around and then saw this name on another site. So, naturally, I had to go check it out! ;)

I'm an Adam fan--although I can't see anyone else playing the parts of Hoss, Joe, Ben or Hop Sing. I think the world of each of them, and I always thought they should have given Hop Sing more scenes. I fell in love with Adam when I was a toddler waaay back in the first run of the show. There was something about PR/AC that just captivated me. I've always loved dark eyes/dark hair on a man anyway--maybe because of him?

I'm going to dive into the stories first. I see some titles that I've not seen anywhere else, so I'm dying to read. I'm a sucker for a good Adam story, and I really like AU stories--where the guys have wives and children. I've also read a few really good 20th/21st Century stories. I think the guys translate well into our time period.

There is some great fanfic here... lots to enjoy! I too like the Cartwright stories when the boys are grown and married... but I also like the ones when they are younger... oh, truth be told, I all fanfic .. as long as all the Cartwright's are in the story.

I am a Ben lady, but I do love all the boys....

I have been a fan from way back when, but I must admit, when it first started I was a Little Joe girl, but as I got older I saw something very special in Ben...

Hi Laura. to Boomers. We're glad you found us. I'm an Adam Girl too, but I love ALL the Cartwrights including Hop Sing. This was a cast to top all casts in the history of television. That's for sure. Have fun here.

I started watching Bonanza when it first came on, too, and at first had a crush on Joe, but then fell in love with his big brother, Adam! But I think all the characters on the show are fantastic!
