Papa Wolf Ben

I'm curious, what are some of the best 'Papa Wolf' moments for Ben? I love seeing him protective of Adam, Hoss, and/or Joe (it seems to often be Joe). He has such intense devotion to his boys, which is always there, but sometimes it's awesome to see it brought out through his words, actions, or expression. To best summarize this I'll use one of my favorite quotes from "The Conquistadores":
Ben: If you keep your end of the bargain we'll forget about all of this. But if you hurt Joseph I'll follow you into Mexico, and I don't care how hard you try to hide, I'll find you and I'll kill you with my bare hands.
So, what are some of your favorite moments where Ben goes 'Papa Wolf' and just shows raw or intense devotion to his sons? I got quite a few in mind, but I'm wondering about your favorites.
