"Suffering Joe" ??

I keep seeing things (searching on the internet) about "suffering joe." I guess there are a lot of women who are into seeing our boy suffer? Is that the thing? Why is that? Because they think he needs a hug or enjoy imagining being the one to nurse him through his recovery?

I was just wondering about it. I mean, I'd like to give him a hug, too. But I don't want him to have to suffer to get to give it to him, you know?

I'm not judging. The more I think about it, the more I get the appeal. He looks really good all dirty, too, doesn't he. Or tied up. Can't argue with that one.

Just wondering.
