Just wandered in....and I am REALLY glad!!

Hello everyone,

I am a long-time (and I mean a really long time) fan of Bonanza. I very clearly remember watching the original shows with my family on our first color t.v. when I was a young child. Adam was then and still is my favorite! But I didn't know that Bonanza fanfic even existed until about six months ago when I stumbled upon a short story during a google search of some kind. What a discovery that was! I found a whole new world of great people who didn't think that it was too crazy to still love the Cartwrights. And a whole group of talented authors whose word pictures and plot lines were every bit as compelling as the t.v. episodes! And many of them filled-in those blanks that the episodes never touched.

I started out by reading a lot of the stories on BW. And after the crash, I somehow found this site. Thanks to everyone who's welcomed me so far!! And now, I need to figure out how to get some badges!!
