Bonanza Boomers

Mine's actually from another fandom altogether. When I started writing Harry Potter fanfiction back in 2001, my favorite character (still is, in that universe) was Severus Snape, and I anagrammed it into "Veresna Ussep" for my penname. Throughout the years of posting on different forums, I have kind of come to think of Veresna as another name for myself (though it's nothing like my 'real name), and I've just kept it on different sites. When I PM other members, I will usually include my real name on the signature, but I too would get a kick out of attending a Bonanza convention and wearing a 'Veresna' namebadge to see if anyone knows me from this or the PR website I belong to.

I always wondered what the names stand for. Mine is my name....truly boring.

My mother gave me my nickname when I was little. Cathy is my first name which explains cath and of course, cart comes from the Cartwrights. Hence, cathcart. By the way, her favorite character is Joe because he's so darn handsome.

Mine comes from Pernell Robert's album ... one of the tracks is Shady Grove..great song! Also, being a guitar player myself, I really lean towards Pernell's musical side just as much as I admire his acting.
I was born way too late, never grew up on Bonanza, but I'am grateful to have discovered it on TV Land. In fact it was Pernell's singing that made me want to find out more about him and the TV series. When I heard his voice singing "Early One Morning"... I actually said out loud... " Who's that ! ... wow !" that's all it took, now I'm a fan!

Mines a mix of my forename & my surname & my birthday, not very exciting.

Mine is for one of the singers of my favorite group of all time. ABBA. Agnetha Faltskog. My real name is Dawn.

I have been on Boomers but with a different nickname. When I rejoined I had to think of another one because I forgot about the old one. So I have chosen "me" because I often use it as a simple nickname in different forums. I have added may because I am going to get married this May.
