The Ben Cartwright Murder Case
Monday
Lawyer: “Ben, you’ve been named sole heir to a large fortune with a proviso that the fortune will revert back to the estate should something happen to you.”
Ben: “But who left me this fortune?”
Lawyer: “I’m sorry. The deceased has requested anonymity.”
Ben looks over the will and wonders who he knows that would leave him his or her fortune. He reads, “…the fortune will revert back the the estate should something happen to you...”
Monday
Ben: “But who left me this fortune?”
Lawyer: “I’m sorry. The deceased has requested anonymity.”
