One of the things I love about Ben is that he often tried to seek out peaceful solutions to problems, rather than being quick on the draw.
But, when push came to shove, Ben Cartwright never backed down from a fight!
A World Full of Cannibals. Ben tried to keep the ranch peaceful and safe when he was given the task of protecting a Federal Witness. Then, the baddies made the mistake of taking Joe hostage... wrong decision bad guys!!
