My name came out kind of accidentally, actually. The first name I chose was iloveadam, but at the last minute, I switched it, and it came out to littlejoenice.

Okay. Here's what really happened. To read the stories in the library, which is what I discovered first on the site, I created the name iloveadam. Then, to sign into the forums, I found out you can only have one name for both the library and the forums. So I got some help, and it got switched to the name I had signed into the forums with. Second time I've had to explain, though it is quite a funny story to tell.

Mine is because my grandma was a cowgirl in Montana and I've always wished I was one. Maybe someday. :)

My nick comes from growing up on a farm and having a father who was loyal to John Deere (JD) tractors and machinery - then always driving those tractors in the fields. The "1987" is my birthyear.

my nickname needs to be Slo. Just found this thread. I grabbed a nickname that I knew I could remember. Elizabeth is the name on my birth certificate, but I have never been called Elizabeth, except by people who don't know me. It's almost an avatar now. I had second thoughts that Elizabeth is the name of a dead wife, but what the heck.
