Ben POD 1/1/24--1/7/24--New Year, New Resolutions

Howdy, everyone! It's been a long time since I've done PODS, so I figured I'd welcome in the new year by spending it with the Cartwrights. Ben's got some new year's resolutions, but first he decided to party to welcome in the new year. Then he started it off right by checking over the land. Gotta get an early start on that.
