idmarryhoss, I'm so glad you started this thread, I've always been curious about other members names.

As for me, I had been feeling lonely and sad when I picked my name. So "readytogo" was for ready to go...Home.

Mine is from a little stuffed toy I have sitting on my desk. It's a green, one eyed monster from a line of toys called Uglydolls (they're actually really cute). Each of them comes with a card that gives their name and a paragraph that explains their "personality". My roommate gave me Winkolina last Christmas. She said she'd been reading the Uglydolls cards in a store one day and Wink's reminded her of me.

Mine was fairly easy for me, as the Ponderosa was where I always wanted to be as a small girl, hence ponderosagirl.

I have had mine for several years not Bonanza related when I wanted to talk about American Idol when Taylor Hicks was on there. First site I had ever been on and got to know people. BW was my second and now BB. I am not a Web surfer by no means. Anyway I had to come up with a name and my chihuahua was laying in my lap and his name is "Chico" and I do love him. So there you have it lovemychico! . Although...... I have come to realize that Chico stands for "short" or "little" so I think it fits in pretty well with a certain Cartwright I know and love.

My favorite actor is Dean Martin (Yes even more thanAdam Cartwright so relax Adam girls I am not after Adam :) ) Hence my name Deansgirl.

MIne is after two dearly loved but now deceased cats..Muffin....and Lulu....

I am always fascinated by people's usernames/screen names. When I registered, since this is the first site I EVER registered for, I hadn't given any thought to a user name, but I thought of Adam and I do have a tendency to be "determined," so I chose "adamant." Actually, my warped sense of humor almost had me pick something else, but people wouldn't understand that it was just a joke. But I really wish that I put more thought into it. It's like when you name your children and then you hear another name and think, gee, I wish I'd named my daughter/son that--or maybe it's just me.

I had a hard time thinking of one. I knew that I loved Adam, PR, Trapper so that's where adamsmyman came from.

Oh, I love that show, too, they showed it last summer in Finland again. Especially Hetty King!
