This week we'll be meeting some of our guest stars who had ghastly roles outside of Bonanza.
Let's begin with Lily Munster played by the lovely Yvonne De Carlo:

De Carlo was born Margaret Yvonne Middleton near Vancouver, British Columbia. After her father abandoned the family and her mother went to work as a waitress, lovely young Peggy went on to become an A-list actress on both stage and screen. She's starred in some amazing roles with Cecil B. DeMille in The Ten Commandments and has worked across Clark Gable, Burt Lancaster and John Wayne. She's had a few ghastly roles like the one in Alfred Hitchcock's Criss Cross and the thriller, Guyana: Cult of the Damned. Her career spanned six decades, but I think we best remember her as Lily Munster from the television show.

You may also remember her as Lotta Crabtree in A Rose for Lotta. She's the one who lured Little Joe to Virginia City so that those nasty Silver barons could force Ben Cartwright to cut down his trees. Little Joe wasn't quite as naïve as they all believed and they didn't count on his family coming after him so soon.
