Thanks Tracy for letting me have this week with Candy, l have been wanting for a long time to get this off of my chest.
Candy, l have got a confession to make, and l have to be honest with you.
*Now everyone knows when those words are uttered...'l have to be honest,' or 'speaking honestly' or even 'in my honest opinion' that someone is not going to hear something they particular like, or the speaker is on the verge of telling a 'big fat fib', but in my case what l am saying is the 'honest truth.'*
OK Ansi, it is Ansi isn't it? spit it out, speak plain.
Yes it is...well...when you first met the Cartwrights back in '67 l did not like you one little bit..there l have said it.
Honey l got no problem with that, we caint all look like 'Pretty Boy Joe.'

Most definitely...but then when you started to wear the clothes Adam had left behind...
Honey, Mr Cartwright gave them to me, l never did meet Adam, the boss's eldest, l woulda like to, l got on well enough with his brother's, but my duds were 'to be honest' past repair, l'd been on the road for a good coupla years, had to wear something didn't l? soon as l got some money in my pants pocket, or Adam's pants pocket l got me a new set...never did think that red was my colour.
Oh, that is so not so, you look just fine in red, and the black vest an all.
So what are you are saying? what kinda confession is this, you think l'm good looking, you think l look good in red.
*places a strong reassuring arm around my shoulder, gives it a little squeeze*
honey, l think you're a little confused, l gotta go now, why don't we meet up tomorrow, let's discuss what else you 'don't' like about me, say here in town l gotta be here early, so lets say we have breakfast together, that OK with you?
