Adam's Injuries

Hi everyone! Adam fan trying to compile a list of Adam injuries for use in a future fanfic. I'm thinking of things that would have left a visible scar moreso than getting beaten up. I know he was shot in Honor of Cochise and that one was pretty bad. I'm thinking left torso? And I think he was grazed in the Hopefuls in the arm. There was also the arrow in the leg in the Savage. Then there was the graze by the bullet (in the leg or hip?) deflected by his book in the episode with the Hodes. Are there any more anyone can think of?
