From 2018 ...
For the next two weeks we'll look at Hoss and his brothers. Some days there will be two pictures from the same episode and other days there will be two pictures from two different episodes. Enjoy!
Monday
"My Brother's Keeper"
In this story Adam accidentally shoots Joe when they're tracking a wolf that's been attacking the cattle. Though this is an Adam episode, Hoss has some special moments that show the great love that he has for his brothers.
There's a scene where one of the bad guys asks Hoss what happened to his brother. Hoss just simply says, "He got wolf bit." He makes no mention of the accident.
During the story Hoss rides 21 miles to another town to get needed medicine for Joe. That's 21 miles one way and 21 miles the other way.
Meanwhile Adam has been feeling awful about the accident. There's a scene where Adam and Hoss are talking. Hoss says, "Adam, you know Joe's going to be all right. Don't you worry. You ain't got nothing to blame yourself for."
