No account can be found is when you try to log in and it doesn't recognize your info. There's already an account never happens when you log in. It only happens when you register. So I'm confused as to what you're doing

Maybe try another browser.

Did you register for the Library as marywa instead of as maryaw? I ask because the “Newest Member” sidebar on the Library homepage shows marywa.
