I Reckon It Was -- COMPLETE

Post by Tracy » Sun Apr 27, 2014 5:31 pm

Some of us grew up on the iconic TV westerns of the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

I don't know about you, but I'm still growin' up! I watch as many of them as I can,
thanks to DVDs and channels that specialize in classic TV.

Here's a challenge for those of us who remember and still watch those great television westerns.

I'll start off with a question and several possible answers.

If you know the correct answer, post it, and then,
post a question of your own (with at least four answers to choose from).

Oh, and one more rule: your answer must begin with: "I reckon it was"

Example:

Which television western starred a man and his only son?
A. Wagon Train
B. Black Saddle
C. The Rifleman
D. The Virginian

Your answer would be:
I reckon it was C. The Rifleman

Now, here's the first question:

Which of these TV western characters actually got married in an episode on their show?

A. Adam Cartwright (Bonanza)
B. Matt Dillon (Gunsmoke)
C. The Virginian (The Virginian)
D. Lucas McCain (The Rifleman)
E. Jarrod Barkley (The Big Valley)
