Guest Star POD 6/10--6/15-- Joan Hackett

Post by littlejoenice » Mon Jun 10, 2019 9:47 am

I signed up to do this week, but Cowgirl seems to have forgotten to put my name on the list. I've been wanting to do Joan Hackett for a long time, focusing on her performance in the movie, Support Your Local Sheriff, a classic comedy that's one of my favorites. It also boasts a few of other Bonanza guests. All caps by me.

The story begins as the town is burying stranger Millard Fry, whom they had only known for two days and has died of some unknown-- hopefully not contagious disease. While bowing her head respectfully, Joan (aka Prudy Perkins) spots gold in the freshly dug grave.

The discovery is announced, and everyone dives for it as Prudy screams at them. "Get out of my gold mine! (Notice the two folks behind her. Those are Bonanza guests Henry Jones and Walter Burke.)

I also have a question. Does putting pics with the column button at the top of the posting box count as making a collage? There are three pics that I'd like to use tomorrow, but if not, I'm sure I can narrow it down to two.
Wait a minute, wait a minute. What you're saying is that at your age, you don't know the difference between a girl and a horse?
