Susan Harrison was born August 26, 1938 in Leesburg, Florida. She is most famous for her appearance in the 1957 film noir classic Sweet Smell of Success as the sister for whom Burt Lancaster has an unhealthy affection. She starred with Martin Milner and Tony Curtis.

Along with Bonanza, she played in The Light That Failed as Maisie starring with Richard Basehart and Eric Berry. Alfred Hitchcock saw her as a disturbed student in The Gloating Place and Rod Serling saw her as a ballerina in Five Characters in Search of an Exit.

She quit acting in the sixties and married Cass Conger (unknown actor) and had four sons and a daughter. Susan had remained in private life until her daughter, Darva Conger, married and divorced millionaire Rick Rockwell on Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire (2000). Susan is on in her years and suffers from a slight disorientation, but did recently attend a Twilight Zone Convention.
