Well first hello everyone as you see i'm new (and i have a terrible english i know) i need help trying to find a fanfic

It's about that Joe is still a boy in school and he had a brain tumor and he needs a surgery. I don't remeber any more because last time i read it was around 4 years before.

I would love you so much if you help me

I read a lot of fanfic but I don't remember this one. The show is based in the mid-1800's, as is the show. I don't think medicine was that advanced yet. There are some fanfic that are "alternate universe", meaning they are closer to our time. Maybe it's one of them. I'll keep searching but if you find it let me know!
