Re: Episode 258 - A WOMAN IN THE HOUSE

Divorces were unusual in the 1800's. I guess the writer kept this in mind when writing this. Back then a husband could treat his wife any way he wanted and most people looked the other way. That she fell in love with Ben I could understand. He was her savior and treated her with kindness.

No matter how old your "kids" get, they're still your kids! I speak from experience.

Re: Episode 116 - SONG IN THE DARK

This episode is a bit confusing. Danny seems to be the guilty one. The preacher ends up being a bit scary. I really do like the singing, though.

Hoss and Joe in one of the very best of the comedies! I laugh all the way through this no matter how often I see it.

Re: Episode 72 - BROKEN BALLAD

It's not a favorite of mine but it's ok. I agree, Robert Culp isn't much of a singer, but I guess he did what the script and director told him to do. I did like the ending at the gravesite.

Hoss and Joe at their very best comedy! This is definitely another of my many favorites. I love when Hoss puts Joe in the cage! You're not skinning my rabbits!

Re: Episode 128 - MY BROTHER'S KEEPER

I agree with you, Sharry. Pernell and Michael were both professional actors and worked very well together. Actually, I feel like as more years went all of the actors pretty much knew how the others worked and they played off each other very well.

Re: Episode 249 - TOMMY

Tommy was adorable and Teddy gave great commentary on the Season 8 CD. I love the relationship he had with Hoss. I couldn't always understand Tommy's mother going back with his mean stepfather but I guess that was the main basis for the episode. Overall it was an enjoyable episode.

I didn't care much for Carol but Hoss has such a good heart he couldn't see her faults. She broke Hoss's heart and did it very cruelly.

Re: Episode 239 - THE PURSUED Part 1

I love the episode and I watch now on the Season 8 release. It had been a long time since I've seen it. Pat Robinson was a former minister who owned the Family Channel and banned what he didn't approve. The crazy preacher led people to chase after the Mormon family because of his own greed and his a...
