Maybe, but do you really think people would have gone to those games in US having no clue. No TV, radio to promote etc. In 1963, I hadn't seen or heard of soccer ...

I imagine that if Bonanza was in our era now Adam would be a good player, but I don't think it was invented in 1860's.
