Lisa and Mitch were two child/teen stars that both left show business after promising starts.

However, Lisa seems to be not as visible nowadays with IMDB listing her as working in computers in the 1990s.

Shame, as they both had talent and on screen persona.

Apparently, this episode was supposed to be included in the 1968 - 1969 season but NBC held it back till the 1970 - 1971 run, thinking it was too violent, particularly after the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr and Robert F Kennedy earlier in 1968. James Garner once went on record stating that his favourite role was Nichols and that he (warning: spoiler alert here) had the character killed off rather than let the show face cancellation.

Mark Slade left and was still involved in acting for some time thereafter, while also becoming a writer and illustrator/artist. The second last episode of season 3 actually had a plot line that saw Blue almost leaving to become an artist back East and it seems ironic that Mark Slade's life imitated ...
