Re: Episode 150 - MY SON, MY SON

Each time I watch this episode it always shocks me when Eden shoots Ben. Ben looks releived, sits up and boom gets shot. I can imagine that if I had watched this episode when it first aired, I would've thought Ben was a goner. That's what I thought when I watched it when it first aired. I didn't ex...

Re: Episode 105 - THE DESERTER

At least in the later episodes they usually used people who had actual Indian heritage. There's even an earlier episode with Dawn Well playing an Indian, with her big blue eyes! Victor French played a man who hated Indians but turned out to be part Indian. I can't remember the episode name. I haven'...

Re: Episode 137 - RAIN FROM HEAVEN

I agree. I can't watch it because of the kid's whining throughout the episode. This was on TV Land earlier today but I switched the station. The little girl is just too good at doing exactly what the director asks her to do-be whiny and annoying! :whistling

Re: Episode 102 - THE QUEST

I've always liked The Quest in the way Joe's family was right there helping him in the end. That's what families do. Yes, the older brothers loved to tease Joe but when it really counts they were right there! By the time my kids were in their teens I didn't set a bedtime for them but when my daughte...

Tommy was a cutie and he loved Hoss, especially when Hoss shows him how to jump on the bed, boots and all! What a fun guy. :ha

Re: Episode 237 - HORSE OF A DIFFERENT HUE

Th funny thing about that doggie. Her name was Hazel. Many years ago my fiance' and I adopted a little dog at the SPCA who looked just like that and her name was Hazel! It makes me wonder if whoever owned her first named her Hazel after this doggie. The episode is actually a pretty good one. You cou...

Re: Episode 38 - DENVER MCKEE

Well, no wonder Joe was so anxious to visit the McKee ranch. It couldn't be because of Connie. She was a bit of a downer. Joe was hungry and wanted a cheeseburger and fries! :eat :rotfl

Re: Episode 374 - HONEST JOHN

Honest John is a bit of a mixed up episode. Just when you think you know what's going on, you haven't a clue. That does look like Marie in the painting on the wall but that picture has shown up in various friend's homes also. Maybe there were many women around that looked identicle to Marie! :shrug

Hmm. I'll have to get out my DVD and check this out. I'm usually too busy checking out Joe to notice anyone else. :laughing
