best I can tell the previous 3 photos were of the Cochise I knew during seasons 2-6 which was my watching era and the last photo is either a stunt horse or another later "Cochise" because you can see the white mane at the top by the ears which the original Cochise did not have

I think they were uncomfortable since Ben was trying to say that Regina was probably not the right girl for Adam and he should stay home. So it was emotional and for that reason they did not look at each other

maybe he needed the extra height afforded by raising his right heel off the ground- the guitar appears to be resting on his right thigh- I think I have seen other players get the extra height by having their foot on the stool rungs
